The Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) conducts the National POW/MIA Recognition Day and assists with the American Battle Monuments Commission Ceremony to recognize and honor unaccounted for service members from past conflicts.

Patriot Day, 9-11 Remembrance Ride and Ceremony
Never forget the tragedy of 9-11, those who perished that day and those who have paid the ultimate sacrifice since supporting the Global War on Terror and First Responders. Veteran Service Organizations are invited to this event (you do not have to ride a motorcycle to attend).

Repatriation or reinterment funeral
F2C Joseph William Carroll, aged 20 of Caddo, TX. Joseph was assigned to the battleship USS OKLAHOMA which was moored at Ford Island, Pearl Harbor, when the ship was attacked by Japanese aircraft on December 7, 1941. Joseph was accounted for by the DPAA on August 19 2019.


Vietnam Veterans Day Parade, Honolulu, HI
The Official Parade will take place March 29, 2024 in Waikiki, Hawaii at 6:30 PM.
Marching bands, choral groups, dance and cheer teams from across the country are invited to attend in honor of the brave men and women who served their country in the Vietnam War
