Oahu Veterans Council meeting and OVC JROTC Scholarship Ceremony. .  This month we are holding our OVC JROTC Scholarship Ceremony.  We are looking forward to this wonderful event where you, our Veterans can gather and socialize as we recognize 16 significant JROTC cadets from 16 Oahu High Schools  for their outstanding leadership, discipline and integrity.
