Meetings
Our air conditioned halls are available to reserve for meetings, seminars and training purposes. Please check availability on our calendar, complete the Meeting Agreement with our Terms and Conditions and send to info@theovc.org

Parties & Kitchen
Our facility is available for party rentals. We consist of 3, air conditioned halls for party events; Sullivan Hall, Ballard Hall and Cruickshank Hall
