Sullivan Hall (Large hall, about 69’ X 39’)

The Sullivan Hall is a large hall with a maximum capacity to host up to 280 people by fire code (set up determines # seated). With its high arched ceiling, four double doors and plenty of windows, this hall offers a sense of bright open space. Combined with your rental, the Sullivan Hall has a grassed lanai area and pathway. The hall comes with a fridge/freezer, sink and counter for your refreshments. $300.00 deposit is require to secure your booking

Includes: Chairs, Tables, Air Conditioning, 2 x Large Ceiling Fans, WIFI, Audio/Visual, Sink and Counter top, Fridge/Freezer, Free Parking.

Ballard Hall (Large hall, about 77’ X 35’)

Ballard Hall is a large hall with a maximum capacity to host up to 220 people by fire code (set up determines # seated) This hall offers a high flat ceiling creating a more intimate atmosphere for events. There is a small recessed area housing a sink, counter, cupboard and fridge/top freezer. Combined with your rental, the Ballard Hall has a paved pathway and an AstroTurf lanai area. $300.00 deposit required at booking

Includes: Chairs, Tables, Air Conditioning, WIFI, Audio/Visual, Sink and Counter top, Fridge/Freezer, Free Parking.

A Note on party Times

Friday and Saturday parties set-up starts at 2:00PM. Friday and Saturday parties must end by 10:00PM and everything must be cleaned and cleared by 12:00midnight.

Sunday parties are for dinnertime. Set-up time is at noon, party must end by 8:00PM and everything must be cleaned and cleared by 10:00PM.

Party Deposits

A deposit is required to reserve the date and hall desired.

It must be paid in full before the date can be reserved.

This does not count towards the rental fees.

Deposits will not be refunded if party is cancelled within 60 days of the event.

Ballard Hall and /Sullivan Hall (Large Hall) $300.00 deposit required

Party/Event Monitor Fee- The Party/Event Monitor’s duties includes ensuring the bathrooms are stocked, the party runs smoothly, and that everything is in accordance with safety and building guidelines. The Party/Event Monitor is mandatory and included in the party rental cost.

Party Rental Fees

Prices vary based on affiliations, invoices must be paid in full 30 days prior to event.

Public: Sullivan Hall (Large Room) $1,800 Ballard Hall (Large Room) $1,600

Foster Village Residents: Sullivan Hall (Large Room) $1,600 Ballard Hall (Large Room) $1,450

Veterans with a valid Military ID: All Active Duty Military, Retirees, Reserves and Guard units- one of the renters must show valid ID Sullivan Hall (Large Room) $1,525 Ballard Hall (Large room) $1,350 Additional Rentals: Projector $50.00 BBQ rental with your party $50.00
